It helps fast and really good with UTI pain ..I loved the relief I got right away.. The only thing I did not like it gave me me heartburn bad I took it but had to go to every other day then eventually stop .

My mom is severely immunocompromised and gets hospitalized every year. She had UTI often, one of which landed her in the hospital with sepsis. Her urologist recommended this product and she's have an UTI ever since. I highly recommend this prebiotic.

The product arrived on time. The bottle is well packed. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is no taste. I have only been taking it for a week. I will write about the result later.

If you feel a UTI coming on or are prone to them, this may be an option for you.Seemed to work as well for me as AZO.I felt the "tingle" & sure enough after a few days of Bio-Kult, it seemed to fade away.This is not a probiotic for probiotic therapy or effects.It's is a cranberry supplement with a dash of probiotic to keep the healthy flora when you have an infection.My dr said to use ProB in the billions to keep a healthy balance.This has 43mg. Not much.But 508mg of cranberry so that's a good boost without the sugar of the juice.In addition, 320mg Vitamin A which is odd since drs recommend Vit C for UTI.A is good for eyes & cell growth.It is good you can carry in an emergency.I can not be the only one tired of running to the store for cranberry juice.Now if I was in full on doubled over pain mode,I'm going straight for the Cystex.As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.So combined with the fact this Non GMO formula has easy to swallow capsules,it's an easy option to prevent the pain, especially if you're in 'honeymoon phase".
