Ich habe mir die Formen für Dessert (speziell Mousse) gekauft, funktioniert einwandfrei.Habe sie mittlerweile zum Backen für kleine Törtchen auch verwendet, alles einwandfrei. Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts genaues sagen, benutze sie jetzt 1 Monat. Aber fühlen sich wertig an👍

Hi, this is for the truffle makers in the house. I do chocolate with whipped cream ganache (with other additives) and that's what I bought these for. They are a little big. Ended up cutting each one in half because otherwise they would have been enormous once coated. Go for a 1" x 1" cube, I think, if you can find one. Having said that: these are a game changer (no more hand rolling) **as long as your ganache is firm**. You are looking for a ratio of chocolate to whipping cream of 10 ounces chocolate to 8 ounces of cream. I tried using coconut cream/milk and also softer ratios (more whipping cream) and then you have issues getting your ganache out of the molds. But if it's thick enough, you're golden. So it's a user issue. They do get cloudy looking after first use but still work great.
