This thermometer was purchased to replace a thermometer on a PK360 that I purchased on marketplace. The thermometer works as expected. The only thing I didn't like was the price. I could have gotten a cheaper aftermarket, but I wanted to keep my PK all OEM and I know all PK products seem to be very good quality so purchased this one.

I’ve always loved my PK Grill, but wished it had a built in thermometer. Luckily, this product is available to fill that void.All you need is a drill, a quarter inch drill bit, a sharpie and 5 minutes of your time. Later that same day I smoked salmon on cedar planks and was able to maintain an even 225 degree temperature.Next up, Brisket!

This is an excellent thermometer designed specifically for the PK Grill(s). I purchased this thermometer quite a number of years ago for my first PK Grill, which is continuing to give me great results. I recently purchased a second PK Grill, for our vacation home, and purchased the same great thermometer for it. I am very pleased with the results it gave me for my first use of my new PK Grill and the complements on the results of ‘the main course’ from our guests was more than laudatory.

Quality

Looks great on the grill. Shame on pk grill for not having this already included with purchase. The only con I can note is the shipping cost that some retailers charge you when purchasing this item. I mounted my gauge on hinge side of grill just above grilling surface.

I recently purchased a PK Presidential Bbq that was made in the 1960s. After refurbishing the bbq I wanted to add a temperature gauge and knew this gauge was made for the PK grills. I received the gauge in the mail and installed the gauge with ease. The supplied instructions were written well and easy to follow. The only thing you would need to decide is where to install it on your bbq. I chose to install it at the cooking surface grill level. This appears to be a quality product and I would buy it again.
