Best TV I've ever bought I love video I'll never ever buy any other kind of TV but video beautiful picture everything

The picture quality and size compared to the price is great!! Set up was easy! The durability is also good so far!Also compatible with Alexa devices!And I have the Asurion complete that covers all electronics purchases through Amazon past, present and future should something happen that is not covered in manufacture warranty or if expired! A great option provided by Amazon!!Great job for that Amazon!!

The media could not be loaded. I did not want to write a review but every time I’m watching tv and it randomly turns off on me while watching big fights that I pay 60-100 for or big games I get upset all over again. I bought this tv last March the company refused to work with me because it been longer than the 3 month period but honestly I thought it would have had the warranty on it or I would of just paid the same price at Walmart for brand new exact tv. My issue is if I were selling TVs I’d work with the customer if their tv is malfunctioning on its own without physical damage being done to it after only a year off owning it because I would like to think you buy a tv for about a 300 bucks it should last aleast 5-10 years like the other Vizio I had since 2012 still works perfectly from Walmart. But no apology no nothing from the company I guess I have to take the loss but unless you have 300 to spare just buy it at Walmart for the same price and get a warranty on it and you won’t have the same issue.

This TV was a little higher priced than most TVs in each category. But the ease of installation picture quality sound quality is second to none. I believe Vizio is a much better built product than some of your higher-end televisions in the same category. Yes I could have purchased the same size television for about $150 less than what I paid for Vizio but I have had such good luck with lifespan of the television picture quality and the exclusive warranty that they offer for an extra charge which is very nominal with Vizio I would never change. I purchased 2 55 in televisions approximately 2 years ago won a Vizio one a Samsung have had to replace the Samsung twice and the Samsung I paid approximately $125 more at the original purchase time. Vizio is just a tried and true product well worth the money you don't expect these televisions to last 20 years like the old ones used to but yet again who keeps the television over 5 years anymore. With technology making most televisions obsolete the time they hit the market no one keeps television very long anymore but Vizio is always right there on the cutting edge.

The TV wouldn't recognize the ethernet connection when I first installed it. But once the TV updated the patches and drivers over Wi-Fi the ethernet port worked. This made the initial frustration of the preferred throughput most annoying for me. However, when the problem resolved itself with a little persistency from my part I was happy. Know, this TV has a slow refresh rate at 60hz but for the money its a fair price!The whole time the seller Hyper Microsystems was involved and VERY responsive to my concerns! Top Marks for the seller here! I differently would buy from them again! They did a great job of contacting me when I had concerns and promptly communicated with me the whole time. For service they do deserve a 5 star rating!

Was looking to replace an old TV I had, found this one for 40% off. Was a little scared have had Vizio before and I have never really been a fan. However I was on a time crunch so I decided to just go ahead and buy it. I’m extremely pleased with The TV and how much I can do with it. You can play free games like Tetris, doodle jump, and mah-jongg. There’s like a million streaming services plus there’s family oriented apps as well like Cocomelon and PBS Kids or you could also scroll on TikTok with this TV. The audio isn’t the best but overall the TV is great for the price!

Picture quality is generally a 5/5. Sound is 3/5. This was a refurbished unit so I don't know if issues are because of that or if it's inherent in the line. Often as I'm scrolling through program options it will freeze up and not move to the next show. I have to wait a bit then it will jump to the next. Not a huge deal.The biggest problem is that every few weeks it won't turn on. Either the first time I go to turn it on for the evening or even once it shut itself off while I was watching and I coulda't turn it back on. I had to unplug it and plug it back in. Which is currently a pain as it sits on a huge heavy dresser and the plug is behind the dresser.Being refurbished AND getting it massively on sale, I guess it's been an okay value for the money.
