Superior Quality
Before buying this one, I tried a cheaper version from another company. If you are looking for something like this then this is the way to go. Plenty of power, the charge lasts a long time, and there are extra clever features you don't see on the cheaper mixers.

Dead Battery
This worked once, then the battery died. I was excited to get this due to a coworker having one and loving it. I used it once and then the battery would no longer charge. It was turn from red to green but didn't actually work. Amazon told me to contact the company and they never responded. The one time I did use it, it was great.

Great product
This mixes way better than just a regular shaker cup. Read the directions, drop powder in while running the cup and it works perfect. I had a small problem with a rubber seal, I emailed them, and they instantly got back to me and fixed the problem. Great product, great customer srvice!

Only one issue
So the cup and mixer works great. I mix one scoop of creatine and two scoops of whey protein all at once. Little chucks but that's only cause I'm inpatient. What I don't like is the little cup that holes your powder is way to small. Only holes one scoop of protein. I like the design of the little cup fitting inside the mixer and I assume that's why it's so small. I don't use the little cup I just put my mix in a bigger container.

Works well
The first try I put the water first than the powder and turned it on. It was not working good. I started to look at reviews and realized to put the water first, turn it on and then pour the powder slowly. Waaaaay better. That’s why it’s good to read reviews of how to use it lol. Great product for when I’m at work and there is no blender

It works but it smells
The media could not be loaded. The issue is that it smells. I wash it right away every time I use it. I've tried vinegar, dish soap, and a scrub brush. I wash it and place it upside down to dry. It smells like it shouldn't be used anymore so I won't and I'm very disappointed because it seemed like a great cup!
