Amazing
I bought these and purchased an expansion pack immediately. Very easy to install. I have a 15 piece Shapes set up in the same room and am not a fan of the adhesives that come with these products, but I feel maybe their tape is stronger on the Lines product. I prefer to use alien tape and then paint over any marks when dismounting as I have had my Shapes set up fall before after several months.I love how this product can work in sync with my Shapes even though they can't physically connect via app. Lots of color options and customization. A must have. Worth the money

Plan your design first
Really good lights and the sound tracking is awesome. Just don’t be dumb like me and plan you designs ahead of time because it is a hassle to rearrange them

Poor Customer Support
I purchased the expansion kit, and one of the line segments was defective (froze up the entire display). I contacted Support and 2 months later, they still have me trying out new debugging steps. I didn't pay to be their debugger, I paid to have a working product. 2 months and dozens of hours of debugging isn't yet enough to prove it does not work? Nanoleaf spent more money on harassing me than had they just centime a new replacement segment!

Nice addition to our other lights
It was easy to add to our existing lights and modify our pattern.

Very buggy app and Home Kit connection nightmare
**NanoLeaf Review 04/2024**I was inclined to award these LED light panels a perfect **5-star rating** due to their impressive aesthetics when operational. During the Black Friday sales, we acquired an extensive collection of Lines, Shapes, and Essential bulbs. Despite being a tech-savvy household with numerous Home Kit accessories, none have proven as problematic as these.**App Experience:**The accompanying app is fraught with bugs. Scene management is particularly cumbersome, both within the NanoLeaf app and, more so, in Home Kit. For instance, scenes synchronized with Home Kit fail to retain the brightness levels set in the NanoLeaf app, defaulting to 100% brightness. This necessitates individual adjustments for each scene across approximately two dozen presets and five controllers near our TV—amounting to roughly 120 edits to avoid overwhelming brightness.**Connectivity Issues:**Post-reboot, the controllers exhibit inconsistent reconnection, often requiring a factory reset—a recurring issue with all our NanoLeaf devices. Restoring from backups introduces further complications, disrupting scene settings and necessitating adjustments of the brightness in Home Kit again. The Essential bulbs exhibit even greater instability than the Lines or Shapes, frequently losing connection. The sole reset method involves physically unscrewing the bulb, an arduous task given the six bulbs installed in our kitchen all requiring a ladder to reach.**Multi-User Challenges:**The NanoLeaf app's performance is erratic across different users; one may view all bulbs, while another sees only a handful or none. Currently, only my partner can operate the Essential bulbs, and their absence in both Home Kit and the NanoLeaf app renders them beyond my control.**Network Considerations:**Initially, our setup included a roughly four-year-old business-class Unity router with corresponding access points. Suspecting network issues due to the persistent troubles with the NanoLeaf lights, we upgraded to the Netgear Orbi 6e Mesh system, to no avail.**Conclusion:**For those less versed in technology, these lights could be a source of endless frustration. Even for individuals with expertise in network engineering or Bluetooth development, I would hesitate to recommend these products.
