Easy to use and great product!!
I was putting off getting a light strip for under my cabinets as I didn’t want it run under the microwave, but then I found Litcessory products. Before purchasing I watched the videos they provide on their website, as well as some customer made videos I found on YouTube. Some of the customer videos it was obvious that either Litcessory did not have installation videos yet, or the customer just did not know about them. I have a very good background in electrical components to include soldering, so this installation may have been a little easier for me than someone without an electrical background, but with the company’s videos, I have no doubt just about anyone could split a Philips Hue Light Strip relatively easily. The pictures I included are from before and after installation, the first is with my overhead light on, the second with only the light strip on.If you purchase this, make sure to watch the videos closely before making any cuts to the light strip. I had no issues with my cuts. The only issue I had was one of the connections on the solder points was not making complete contact so not all of the LED’s were lighting up. Easily fixed this my checking all of the connections.*note: you do not have to have soldering knowledge or ability for what I purchased, though the company does offer some products that do require soldering, so go through the website as they guide you with what you need based on which Philips Hue Light Strip you have.

These work perfectly for Philips Hue Lightstrip V3
These 3' extensions are exactly what we were looking for. We used these with the Litcessory 6-pin to cut-end connectors to use the cut ends from the Philips lightstrip.Putting the connectors on was easy, and these plug right into the Litcessory connectors easily. We also have spots where these extenders plug directly into a Philips extension lightstrip with the Philips connection and these work perfectly.Because these are so small and flat, we were able to snake the ribbon cable and connector through some cabinets and have lightstrip lighting where we never thought we could before! These added so much to our kitchen - so, so glad we found these and they work so well !One tip: Do all your testing before hand. We noticed you may have one twist in the cable when you connect two sections together. It was not a straight shot as we thought it would be. Good thing we tested ahead of time.Thank you Litcessory

An absolute lifesaver!!
So I installed some under the counter lights. My house has hue lights throughout so I wanted to use the hue light strips for my project. Watching videos talking about needing to solder the strips together had me highly intimidated on doing the project. Than I came about these. Let me tell you they are fantastic. They work wonderfully. I couldn’t be happier. All the adapters needed to complete the job. Nice and thin makes it easy to run. The cable is 1/4” wide and very flexible. Just a great product.

Did the job when I needed my Hue light Strip extended
I bought them to use them to be corners and extentions for my HUE Light Strip Plus and extensions, They did do the trick and transfer the HUE light from the strip even when I had to connect 2 in a row. You need to tape right where you connect them to the strip, but overall they did the trick.

This works with Hue Light Strips V4
Easy to use. Just cut your V4 light strips where indicated. Make sure to get the 6 pin to cut end connectors and you’ll be able to add light wherever you need it. Highly recommend these if you need to break up your hue light strips rather than have one continuous strip of light.

Make note of the reviews about poor connections please.
For clarity this is for the "Litcessory Extension Cable for Philips Hue Lightstrip Plus (6in, 5 Pack, White - Standard 6-PIN V3)". It seems like some of these reviews aren't for this product so wanted to be clear.I don't always understand how Amazon's star ratings work but there just can't be a way this product is 4.5 stars, none. The connectors are so bad folks. IF you can get them to work once, you might be ok. I was able to electrical tape them at just the right angle to where the connectors would make contact with the strips and work, but if you breathed on it and changed the angle it'd disconnect again. I decided to reroute my strips and use fewer of these, but when I tried disconnecting them, the pins started falling out. THE PINS FELL OUT folks. Please, there's plenty of other options out there. Maybe some are a little more $$$ but my goodness, this was 2 days of pure frustration and they're in such poor condition after having trying to disconnect them there's gotta be zero chance of a return. I'll eat the $$$ and go buy something better. Please, do your research and find something better, it's just not work the risk with other solutions out there.

I thought it would be nice to brighten my dim kitchen counter area
I purchased this LED Strip Light Extension cable to use with my Philips Hue light strip plus and extension for a under cabinet light project. Since I already have a few Hue bulbs, I thought it would be nice to brighten my dim kitchen counter area. The problem was my microwave is right in the middle of my cabinets. I didn’t want to use strip lighting there so I started searching for an extension that would allow me to get from one side of the microwave to the other. I found tons of cables with 2,4 and even 5 pins, but none with 6 so I bit the bullet and dished out the money for this set of cables from litecessory. Did it work? Of course it did, hence my 4 star rating. It was simple plug and play. I deducted one star because I was not happy about having to pay so much for two cables when I only needed one. The two cables average out to 9 dollars per which isn’t too bad if you were only paying for one cable. Since I’m planning on doing another project with Philips, I was okay with paying nearly 20 bucks. Others may not be so happy about the price. I am very grateful that this company put this product out. It boggles my mind that Phillips doesn’t provide it when most every other company provides a similar product.I edited my review from 4 stars to 5 because I ended up using the other cable to do my upper cabinets and i was thrilled with how it came out. Didn't seem fair to dock the product for forcing me to purchase two when I found it so useful.
