Excellent product!
I recently purchased the Buddy® Yoga Blocks 2 Pack, and they have truly transformed my yoga practice! These blocks are incredibly sturdy and supportive, making it so much easier to achieve proper alignment in various poses. One of the standout features is how effectively they reduce wrist pain during challenging poses. My daughter, who has been struggling with discomfort in her wrists, found that using these blocks allowed her to practice safely and comfortably. The extra height they provide helps in deepening stretches without straining. The texture is fantastic, offering a non-slip surface that gives confidence during movements. I really love stretching with these, they make it so much more effective.Overall, these Yoga Blocks are a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their yoga experience while minimizing discomfort. Highly recommended!

Great for individuals with limited wrist range of motion
This is a great product for individuals who want to continue doing Pilates and Yoga, but have limited range of motion in their wrists due to arthritis and wrist injuries. These blocks allow you to keep your wrists straight with less pressure and pain on the joint during workouts.

Great for bad wrists
OMG these are a godsend for my wrists! This makes yoga poses so much easier for my palms and wrists. They are the same size and weight as a traditional foam yoga block, but the hand cut outs are SO helpful for my wrists. I also use them for pushups, not just yoga. HOWEVER, I am taking off one star because the hand cut outs on the long side are not steady enough for things like burpees because the cut outs are pushed too far forward and they will wobble. Otherwise, I LOVE them.

Sturdy blocks
These are nice firm foam blocks for use in yoga and for alleviating the stress on the wrist while doing exercises that require using a flat hand on the floor…e.g: push ups. The place for one’s hand is pretty universal, so most people should find it comfortable enough (not too wide) for their grip. The block can be used two ways…on the side for a lower profile or on the end for a taller one. They can also be used just as a yoga block.I give 5 stars for the quality, however, there is one issue I am having; when I do a regular push up with hands wide for chest and shoulders, the height of the blocks (even in the low profile orientation) position my hand too high off of the floor and make doing a push up, especially on my toes so much more difficult, because it hyperextends my shoulder joints unless I use every ounce of my strength to hold my shoulders in alignment. When I do tricep push ups, because my arms are close to my sides, I don’t have near the pressure on my shoulders. These blocks do help with my wrist pain (my pain is at the area where my wrist meets my palm on the thumb side) by helping me keep my wrist straighter, however, I do have to concentrate to keep my weight toward the outside of my hand. I’m sure that this will get easier as I use them.

Great product!!
I am currently not able to use my legs and need wheelchair to get around. These blocks provide me with the extra lift I need to get in and out of wheelchair. Excellent product!

Shifts weight but MOSTLY to thumb area & radius. Stupid cat damaged 1 block so I can't return. :-(
Perhaps the grip width/position simply isn't good for my tiny hands?? The *idea* is great. My wrists ARE in a better position. For these reasons, I'm not giving less than 3 stars.HOWEVER...in *reality* while your weight IS shifted to your palm instead of wrists... it's roughly only A THIRD of your palm. Once I'm in a plank position, the thumb joint and pad of soft tissue under the thumb joint takes about **70%** of my weight distribution. It painfully stretches the thin web of skin between my thumb and pointer finger (1st pic), stresses out my thumb joint, and puts strain on the radial bone area (2nd pic). The padded area of the palm under the thumb (3rd pic) is a major soft tissue trigger point; those muscles ACHE now. There's also the radial digital artery and median nerve running through there. With my full, planked body weight on that area for several seconds...my hand starts to go NUMB.Buuut I can't return these because I'm an idiot!! 😔 I left these sitting out overnight in my living room...and one of my darn cats sunk their claws into the Right Hand block! Since they're no longer in like new condition because of the puncture holes in the area shown (4th pic), I've just WASTED $44 after taxes.

Perfect for what I needed!
So far so good. I love the way I can grip these. They really help my wrist pain when doing poses that I am usually unable to do because of an old wrist injury. Like Downward facing dog or similar ones. They are sturdy enough to hold my overweight frame, and light enough to move around easily.
