This is great, very well made & has helped my neck, while sleeping, definitely recommend, nice & firm but not uncomfortable.

the pillow looks comfortable, i haven't had a chance to try it yet. In the pictures of the description it says that the cushion is 68 cm long! nothing more false since they are about 27 cm!

Brought for a long haul, overnight flight. The flexibility, comfort and support enabled me to get some sleep and arrive without the neck, shoulder or back ache I have previously tried and discarded. Within a few minutes I had twisted it to provide exactly the right support in just the right places. Innovative popped helped keep it in place. A bit bulky but was easy to firmly wrap around handles carryon luggage when travelling to airport and squeeze into over head locker on second, short leg of journey. Highly recommend.

Poseable metal frame within a memory foam pillow works surprisingly well. Normally I have difficulty getting into a comfortable position but this pillow allows you to bend into a useful shape to fit whatever you are trying to sleep on and keep you head and neck aligned. Worked well, but the first one I got had a broken internal frame so one end flapped about uselessly. Second one worked perfectly. I note other reviewers with the same issues so it seems like QC is a problem. If this happens to you just return and get a replacement. Currently the pillow is being used as a lumbar support for an office chair so isn't just another travel pillow you use once and then forget about.

Love this neck pillow. Unlike others, you can change the shape to suit you. Very soft material. Great for recent travel. All the family liked it so we bought 4 in different colours!

It supported my head in bed. Have deformity and poor muscle strength. It gave me the softness I need but also definitely with firm support that stays in place. It’s a treasured possession that improves sleep quality.Wish I had found this years ago.

I Like the support but it is a bit bulky- which in some ways is good as it makes it stable. But it is not easy to carry with a case and other travel bags. There is a little tag to attach it so a bag but Its a bit too small and flimsy. Will be able to give a better idea of it when I do a long haul flight in Jan.

Sadly not what I was expecting. It’s heavy due to a central metal core which is easy to feel through the foam, therefore I cannot see how it can aid a comfortable head rest. I will be returning this as not a helpful travel aid in my opinion.
