Subscription purchase. They don't seem to insert and stay. Mostly they're ok but I've had one come out in my ear.Update. Ear Doc says the hole in the hearing aids stretch after a few years. So... these are good and my hearing aids are at fault.

I don't know what's worse dead battery or plugged filter either way step in the wrong direction. Now I have plenty

Do not fit Phonak hearing aids.
Do not fit Phonak hearing aids. The dispenser has a new guard and a spike to remove the old guard. The spike to remove the guard is too small to grip well enough to remove guard. The new guard is so small that when placed into the hearing aid it will not release from the dispenser and stay in the hearing aid. Ended up ordering the Cerustop brand and they fit perfectly.
