I only use a little in the shower . I wet my body and take the scrub and just use it to massage my own body then wash off .

Dry up put on clothes and burn a candle for this matter, mostly a black one, look at the flames and visualize again. Once the candle is fully burnt, take the left over wax, wrap a white paper towel around and then bring it to a crossroad or river as far away from your house as possible and just throw it.
