I gave this projector to my daughter for Christmas and she loved it! She deals with severe anxiety, is on the autism spectrum, and deals with other mental health problems, and the northern lights feature is very calming for her. In fact, it has become a major part of our "grounding" routine when she has a panic attack/autistic meltdown at home. She also uses it at night to help her fall asleep (or when she wakes up during the night to help her relax to fall back asleep).We haven't used the bluetooth feature yet because she doesn't have any devices that do bluetooth (but I think it would be great to use for her music if we do get a device she can use it with), but we love the light feature and the sounds it has programmed in.You can use basic functions using the buttons on the device itself, but with the remote that comes with it, you can adjust more things to your preference. With the lights, you can adjust the intensity (which is super helpful for us because she can turn it dim at night and brighter when she needs it for calming during the day). You can also adjust what colors-any combination of the red, green, white, and blue lights. The "stars" are just a pattern of green dots (which we don't particularly like, but some people might. We'd like them better if they were white and a random pattern so they looked more like stars), but you can turn the "stars" on or off independent of the other lights or sounds, etc. (basically, with the remote, you can do any combination of northern lights-including color combinations and intensity, "stars", and sounds). With the sounds, there's a basic lullaby or a choice of various nature-type sounds and you can adjust the volume of those.You can also set a timer of 1 hour or 2 hours so it will turn off on it's own if you want.I feel like the remote is pretty easy to use and fairly intuitive. I'm not much of a technology person at all, but even with all of the options, I can use the remote just fine to do what I want it to do.We did have a problem, after about 5 months or so, that the power cable became finicky and stopped working properly, and then when we started using another USB power cable we had around the house, the projector started turning off and on by itself. At that point, we just emailed the company directly (the customer service email in the manual that came with it) and they immediately sent us a new one without causing stress or headache for us. The new one has worked perfectly fine for us so far, and it was such a relief to not have added stress because of the issue, especially since my daughter had become so dependent on this light for part of her sleep routine and calming routine when she needed it.I would highly recommend the projector, as well as the company that made it. In fact, I might buy more for my other kids as well (or just for fun for our family).

The Rosetta Star Projector is absolutely amazing! It creates a beautiful, calming display of stars and constellations on the ceiling, perfect for creating a peaceful ambiance in any room. The projector is easy to set up and adjust, with different lighting modes that let you customize the atmosphere. We ordered this in 2022 and still use it every night 3 years later. There are many different options on colors/stars/ or both projecting onto the ceiling. The image is clear and bright. My child loves this and it has been worth the money. There is a timer function and he use to get up and turn it back on in the middle of the night. I don’t notice heat coming off of this. It’s a smaller compact light that we have as a light light. Is very bright it you look directly at the light. Great quality. Would order again any day

This is a great product for creating ambiance and making your room look unique, but it could be improved in some aspects.First of all, the product is certainly good no doubt, with all of its light settings and its unique patterns it displays on the ceiling, but I wished that the green laser it had rotated so the "stars" don't looks so stagnant. I think the fact that the laser doesn't move is a nitpick but it is definitely something to note.Also something do note is that the placement of the product is certainly dependent on the furniture you have in your room as well as the layout. As of right now, the best spot for me is on the table next to my bed because it has a clear spot for my room but it has to be propped up on an angle. If your room has tall obstructing objects everywhere, and you don't have a spot where it can see the ceiling and rest of the room clearly, it will look tacky and out of place so, do make sure you have a designated spot for the product.Other than the nit-picky details I noted, and if you have a good spot that you think will work, I think this is a great buy especially if you want your room to stand out and have a nice and chill vibe to it.

This product is fantastic! The led lights sparkle like stars and the flowing motion of the other lights looks like drifting clouds or waves onto your ceiling....whichever you want to label it. The options are vast, like connecting your phone to it via bluetooth to listen to music while lighting up your ceiling, changing the colors, turning off the stars if you prefer, etc. Well worth it and the price is so low for all of the functions. Highly recommend!

Easy to use. Love the different modes and colors. Feels very intergalactic and fun to use. Fits in small spaces which is great. Great quality, power is great.

Pros: this is so beautiful, the lights (while limited) being a wonderful “underwater” look to my bedroom ceiling. For those with children, the music mode is quite nice, if not repetitive.Cons: there’s NO way to set a password or control the Bluetooth at all. This really becomes a problem when you live in an apartment like me, and three other apartments connect to it without knowing and blast their music/games/tv in the middle of the night. I’m not returning it, but I am replacing the whole light for something “dumber”.The other con is that it’s fairly bulky, and doesn’t have a large range of pointing the light, so I had to hold it with furniture to get it to shine on my whole ceiling.
