Beware of paying for returns
Products are ok - I was going to return one double pack ordered in error but ÂŁ2.79 return postage made it more sensible to just keep them - could that be why this company shows so few returns on their history?

Lovely cushion very thick and soft and bouncy, great value for money, fits my cover very well

Lumpy
I wouldnt say it was hotel quality. It's very lumpy. Would suggest leaving it for awhile after opening for it to get its proper shape retention. Look wise, well it's a cheap cushion not a top notch sofa. Seems thick enough for the purpose I wanted it for which is to fill in a cap on my sofa scatter cushions. Can't complain about the price. It's a cheap cushion that will do what I need it to. I wouldn't say it would give good support if anyone wanted it for their back.
