I haven't had much time to research floor living. One of our dogs is on cage rest after a broken leg waiting for amputation so I needed to sit next to him whilst working. So this floor seating is all new to me.What I can say though is its great if it is done right.The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm 5'8" and 14 stone. I cannot feel the frame when using it correctly and I honestly think its great. The padding is lovely and thick and firm. The material has a lovely suede feel and the mechanism feels robust enough. It reminds me of those sub beds we had in the 80's with the ratchet on.Some things to bear in mind. Full ergonomic chairs are built to fully support you for long periods of time. Don't expect sitting for three hours a time to be perfectly comfortable. Get up or move around a little. Even if it's shifting posture every half hour or hour. Personally I have an hourly alarm and take a few minutes to fuss Wilfred in his cage which provides that break.7 solid days on it so far 6am -> 7pm and no problems.

Nice looking chair, bought to replace a different floor chair bought years ago. The main problem is that it doeasn't support the weight of your back at all! The moment you lean on it, it goes flat on the floor backwards, with you on top. Yes you could use it with some additional support, but then what's the purpose? I can use a pillow insted. Maybe my item was faulty? Anyway I've returned it immediately, I will now purchase the exact model I had before; there are cheaper, more functional floor chairs on Amazon.

It is stylish, easy to carry & easy to fold. Not very comfortable for whom wish to sit for long hours.

General yoga use.

Excellent 'floor' chair is easy to fold and comfortable. The original one I ordered had a broken buckle, one quick email and a new chair delivered the next day, fantastic customer service.

After only 2 months of owning this item the padding in the bottom has already compacted into wells, the back is gradually leaning further and twists off slightly to my right side. This picture is at its most up upright position. I have no confidence this product will even last me 6 month. I took the effort to register the guarantee but have no luck actually managing to get any support. Not what I expected of a premium product at the price I paid. Thoroughly unhappy with my purchase.

Its not for a longer time gaming. If you will sit atleast for a few hours you bum will be in bits.
