It was easy to install, looks beautiful and works well.Sadly, the bulb holder was broken on one side for this second order. Can the seller send only that piece to us????The fan sounds loud on high but does a great job.

The delivery was fast. I couldn't wait to install it after receiving it. It looks much better than the old model I used before. The fan noise is much less than before, and the light is much brighter than before. There are three fan speed functions. It looks like some improvements have been made to the product. I am very satisfied with it. It looks and works very well. This price is worth it. I hope it can be used for many years.

First the shipping was horrible. Came in it's factory box which had very bad protection. The package that was supposed to come to my door, went through USPS and the box was destroyed. The Product was damaged and bent in 2 different places. Even the Styrofoam packing material was broken up. The tape sealing the box, sealed nothing and the box was open. Post office said might wanna check and make sure everything is there since it looked like it was put through a crash test procedure.Flimsy is an understatement one bent part I could pretty effortlessly shove back into place with my finger. Got to be the thinnest metal ever used in such a product.The light is a joke and not what is shown as 2 round LED in front it's one rectangle 1x4 inch light that's rectangular in the rear.The fan is hardly whisper silent.The wire in - this is not hard wired, it's a plug in, I must have missed that in the add. I now have to install a junction box and plug and run holes through cabinets to install it.Sometimes cheap is never the best option, move on to a better brand from a Box Store.Says it's 30" - it is not 30" gaps on both sides.

I purchased a new stainless steel range hood for my kitchen, replacing an old one. The new hood is beautiful and easy to install, especially for someone who has never replaced one before. I was really impress by the high quality of the product, I was not expecting such a clean look and good sturdy material for such a low price. This hood looks very expensive and make the whole kitchen looks so high end. Exactly what I was looking for.

I had contractors working on my kitchen. When it came time to install the vent they tested it and after mounting the unit they turned it on. The lights lit up but the motor wouldn't kick on and the lights wouldn't work. They tried everything, checked the connections but couldn't get it working.They called support and they started a warranty claim. After they told me I let them know I had purchased it from Amazon and it would probably be easier to just return it and get a replacement. That is what I decided to do and there were no issues doing it that way.The next vent came and my contractors were no longer working here so my husband and I needed to install it this time. We did the same thing, tested it when it arrived to make sure everything worked. We installed it and went to turn it on and the same thing happened, the motor would not work.For some reason, my husband thought That maybe it just needed to be reset. He had the idea to flip the breaker and guess what... Everything worked!So, I just wanted to leave this comment for those who may have the same issue! Other than that installation was pretty easy.The unit is nice, as far as the design. It looks clean and modern built into our hood. I do not like the color of the lights AT ALL. I probably would not have purchased had I known what they would look like on. They are very blue, not a very inviting look to me. They also only have an off on, no hight med or low, just one setting on. I like to have a dimmer option over the stove. It is pretty quiet when it's on though. It will do the job and I had my vent built to fit this unit so I'm kind of stuck with it.
