As a mom with young school-aged kids who get sick at least a couple times a year, and who are also prone to motion sickness, these bags are a blessing! I don’t think I’ll be going without them from now on. I just really can’t stomach emptying a bucket or bowl of puke and then having to clean it out, or worrying if the bag you grabbed in a rush has any holes in it!! The simple concept of these bags just really puts my mind at ease as one less thing I have to worry about when my kids (or I) get sick. I have a wicked hernia and am more sick than I'm not, I've taken to carrying a garbage bag in my purse (which is mortifying). I was looking for an alternative to a garbage bag in my purse and these are a pretty good alternative. My one issue is that portability, I have to put them inside a ziplock to keep them from unfolding in my bag.

One of those things you don’t think about until you really need it. So far I have not put it to the test and I hope not to. They seem well put together and would hold a good amount. Keep one in the car just in case you have to pick up a sick kid from school. Doesn’t take up a lot of room at the bedside. These don’t contain the stuff that jels liquid, which would have been a great idea. I would recommend these for the convenience they offer.
