I’ve cut myself on these knives more times than I care to admit. The odd rust spot when I haven’t dried fully but it cleans off well enough . Look lovely in my kitchen too

Lovely knife for general fruit and veg. Looks great, light and sharp

Liked the style and weight of the block but felt the sharpness of the knives was not as good as other sets I've already returned. In almost despair of finding the perfect set, I am now ordering another Joseph-Joseph set with locking mechanism. I returned the other JJ set due to the fact it could be dangerous but this current one (on special offer at present) looks like it may suit my needs. Will update in due course.

Considering the competitive price this is one of the best knives I have ever owned, feels great in your hand and cuts effortlessly, so I shall be buying some more.

Actually stays Sharp, has a decent weight to it, handle could be slightly chunkier for my liking, but the blade is great, too many sharp knives are blunt in a matter of days.

Cheap and cheerful fairly decent knife. Weight’s really nicely balanced and feels comfortable to use and more expensive than it is.Only thing is: it didn’t arrive very sharp. It’s sharpened up beautifully on a whetstone but when I buy a brand new knife I expect it to be razor sharp. It also would have been nice to have a guard for it as now I’ve sharpened it it feels a bit dangerous to just have it hanging around in the cutlery drawer.
