do not buy from spagnon
This is the 2nd unit like this that I have purchased. The first lasted about 7 years. The water cooler still works but the ice maker stopped. I purchased another less than a year ago and it stopped working in October. The seller Spagnon has been uncooperative in helping with this problem. Do not purchase from them.

Great product, love the ice.
My second one. The first one lasted five years and loved it. Could have had it repaired but decided just to buy a new one. Unfortunately the second one was damaged in shipping but contacted the company and received a complete credit to my account. Thank You

Works till it doesnt
Super easy to install and been a big help on our budget with water and ice.But after cleaning most recently this weekend the ice suddenly has stopped working altogether. It lights up as normal, there’s no warning lights, but it will not make ice. Please help before I submit a protection plan claim.
