Pizza Turning Peel, 12 x 14 Inch Perforated Pizza Peel, 35 inches Long Handle Pizza Paddle, Professional Lightweight Anodized Aluminum Pizza Spatula

I wanted to give an honest review for this so I put it through it's paces for about a month. This peel is great! I have launched, turned, and retrieved over 700 pizzas with it and it is holding up amazingly. The anodizing on the peel itself is holding up great considering the amount of abuse scraping on the stone floor of the oven it has taken. I did see another review saying the black scraped off, the only mark I have was due to my mistake, otherwise the black handle is holding up too. As for bending, no issue at all. I make both 12" and 18" pizzas, some of which when fully loaded with toppings can weigh out at a couple pounds, and this peel handles them just fine. I've had other peels that I had to bend back every few pizzas, not once have I had to with this one. The only thing I wished this had was a second heat proof silicone handle closer to the head to assist in retrieving as the steel handle quickly gets quite hot when working inside a 600° oven. Other than that this peel is definitely worth the money and highly recommended!

The peel is light and long enough to place and take out pizza from our outdoor oven. It fits a 10 inch pie securely. It is very easy to handle.

this peel bends after multiple uses and is not good quality. the black is scraping off on the oven and i would not recommend. we've only used for about 4 weeks and it's no useable.
