Q: Will this work with 2x8 ax4u32008g16a-bw41 3200mhz ram sticks? i have two already but it has different serial number from these.

Q: My motherboard does not have rgb. will this rgb turn on?

I'd say the rgb memory will light up in default mode but I have no way of trying out your specific question but I do know that all the various RGB RAM modules that I've used light up as soon as you turn on the system in a default mode, controlling the lighting effects is what will be tricky

Q: It doesnt seem to work with my prime z590-a, what do i need to change to get it to work?

I'd check your BIOS settings first, I found that my one of my ROG board had it turned off (no RGB lights when first turned on and another ROG board had RGB functions turned on. Next I'd check either Aura or Amory Crate (I had issues with this software) is installed
