A worthy investment

Provides for a more consistent smoke than more conventional systems such as punctured aluminum foil. Coals burn more slowly and evenly, and the hookah only requires attention when the coals need replacing. Easy to clean. Price is very reasonable too.

Waste of money

Not sure if I have received the exact same product as the other reviews because mine is just pure disappointment.Tried it 3 times. Firstly, it doesn't fit properly and causing safety issue at home as the charcoal holder moves a lot. Then, it takes forever to get ready as the charcoal is quite far away from the tobacco. Even then it doesn't give a good performance.

I bought after going through various reviews but unfortunately it's not what that works properly. The above cover is far far from tobacco lead so it's takes ages to be ready. Should have gone for the regular sheesha cap instead of buying such expensive one which doesn’t work perfectly.

Horrible!

I saw the good reviews and ratings before purchasing and I was utterly disappointed when the product arrived. The painting is beyond pathetic! The holes on the sheesha bowl looks like a trial and error drilling.. so uneven!!! Making everything worse, it says on the image that it’s got a “secure fit”. I guess that’s said because it actually doesn’t have one! The chimney doesn’t go through the coal holder so it’s all wobbly and could fall off. Returning it as it’s a pure waste of money. Would give negative ratings if possible!
