Borosilicate Glass Pie/Tart/Flan Dish 10.65 Inches (27 Centimeters)

At first I was a bit disappointed that they were thicker than the one I used to have in Europe. But those dishes of of high quality. When I make puff pastry pie the dish goes back and forth from the counter to the freezer and at the end into the oven... no problem.

The item I received does not resemble the photo. I received a glass pie plate with slanted sides and a lip around the edge. I decided to keep it because I needed a new one anyway.

Just size for my apple pie recipe and pie can be cut safely on the glass surface. Beautiful shape. I am also interested in 12" pie dish of glass.

This is an attractive dish to serve several of the appetizers that I prepare/ - dips nd unbaked savory pies.

Just like the one I broke I had for 25 years.

Had purchased one when we lived in Europe. Glad to find a second to match online!!! Have used many times!

A fantastic glass pie dish. Works excellent, no sticking or burning. Just love this item.
