Love this stuff. If it's been recommended to you like it was to me, try it, it works. I've loved this brand for a long time so I had high expectations and they were met. It also tastes great and is relaxing even without any milk or honey. Robust and earthy tasting, without needing extra sweeteners. Works as a binder. Many tea companies use bleached tea bags though, so I plan on trying a different source next time, but I've bought this several times and would buy again. You always get the benifits and value you're looking for with this brand.

This tea, has been amazing. Love the taste and how it has helped my GI tract. Would recommend for anyone who wants to clean their colon.

For a great-tasting tea, combine one Pau D'Arco tea bag with one Peppermint and one Turmeric, all from Traditional Medicinal Teas, and put them in a quart-size glass jar that is approximately two-thirds full of pure water. After microwaving this jar of water and tea bags for 2 1/2 minutes, take it out carefully with oven mitt gloves on, allow it to steep for about 15 to 30 minutes, then remove the tea bags and fill the rest of the jar with water. To double the tea to save money, pour half of this mixture into another glass jar and fill both jars to the brim with more pure water. This combined tea tastes better than just Pau D'Arco alone, which is a little bitter, and the combination has so many healing properties all in one cup of tea!! Limiting the combination to just Pau D'Arco and Peppermint is also a tasty combination. Regardless of alone or with other teas, Pau D'Arco tea seems to consistently improve my energy levels, possibly due to the herb's anti-fungal properties, which is therapeutic for systemic candida.

RE: Traditional Medicinals Yellow Pau d’Arco Herbal TeaI've purchased other brands and I think this one is the most palatable. It's smooth and gentle, almost like chamomile. As for its medicinal value, I recognized that back in the early 1990's. Whether each brand is the same, who knows? For an herbal tea, it's not very exciting, but it's pleasant enough so I keep coming back for more, hoping, believing that it's doing some good which I think it is. 🙂
