I got these for my Lems Summit Bolder "barefoot" boots because my arches began to hurt. Lems makes a very comfortable boot and these arches make them better for me until my feet can adjust to minimal style boots. The arches fit easily and are immediately very comfortable. They do not cause the boots to become too snug.
