Excellent Customer Service! Poor Nighttime Vision Quality
Five stars for excellent customer service! I purchased one of these when my twins were born a year and a half ago and used the two cameras in the living room and kitchen so I could keep an eye on my toddler downstairs while putting the twins to down for naps/bedtime. I really only used this during the day and the daytime image quality is superb. I had been using a different brand monitor in the twins' bedroom and decided to put that one away and purchase a second one of these so that I could connect four cameras to one monitor so as not to juggle multiple monitors. I bought a second set to add two more cameras - one in the twins' bedroom and one in my toddler's bedroom to use for when they're sleeping, but I was disappointed with the blurry nighttime vision quality that the cameras didn't have a wide-angle lens. The twins' room is small and I wasn't able to see both of their cribs (which are right next to each other) well in the same view. It needed to be able to zoom out more. I had better luck with a different brand. All that to say, the customer service experience is why I'm giving five stars. They were very responsive, professional, and helpful as I explained my concern and helped me through the return process seamlessly. It was also nice that I was assigned to the same customer service representative the whole time so he was familiar with me and my case with each correspondence. In the two photos I'm sharing, the first one show the night vision quality of the BabySense camera and you can see how it's too close-up and blurry (hard to even see the two babies), and the other photos is a comparison of the different brand's camera.

Great quality and affordable
This camera and handheld monitor set is really nice. I am surprised at the quality of the handheld device and user friendly features. It came with registration for extended warranty as well. The camera are simple to mount on the wall with one screw. Pairing the cameras to the handheld was easy enough, press the button and they are paired! You can do split screen or switch between the cameras on a single view. I can see each kiddo in their bed and pan the room with the handheld device to see what they are up to during playtime. Among the options in this price range, this brand offers quality and affordability. I highly recommend for a multi-camera child monitoring device with no-wifi!!

Clear Video & Sound
Wow! Wish I would have had this with my first. This camera is great to monitor 2 rooms and it is easy to set up. The video quality is really clear and it gives great peace of mind. For the price point, this is a must have for families.

Helpful and Secure Baby Monitor with Room for Accessory Improvements
I’ve found this baby monitor to be quite useful overall. One of its standout features is that it’s not connected to Wi-Fi, which makes it feel much more secure in terms of information privacy. The night vision is also impressive—clear and reliable even in low-light conditions. However, installation posed a bit of a challenge. Since I didn’t want to drill holes in the wall, I had to purchase a separate vertical stand to properly position the camera for a clear view of the crib. It would be much more convenient if the manufacturer included or offered compatible mounting accessories. I initially tried using a third-party clip-on camera holder, but unfortunately, the clip damaged the wooden crib. With a bit more thought put into mounting options, this monitor could easily be a five-star product.

Good quality but with a couple cons
I really love a lot about this baby monitor. It was super easy plug and play out of the box. It’s nice that you can view the cameras side by side or each one full screen and cycle through them with the click of a button. Changing the volume is easy too with buttons right on top (on my previous monitor, you had to go into settings just to adjust the volume). I love that there’s no WiFi involved. You can talk to each camera individually through the monitor. The room temperature is shown for each individual camera. The Vox is adjustable so you can leave the screen always on or have it go to sleep and wake at varying degrees of sensitivity (low, medium, high). The features of the night light and music available are also nice—my toddler has enjoyed the music.A couple downsides that make me take off a star:- The biggest one is that you can’t control the volume between the cameras separately. I would like to be able to mute one camera or at least make one quieter and the other louder. Or maybe make separate Vox sensitivities for the cameras somehow so that if my baby is crying on one camera, it wakes up the monitor but I don’t have to listen to my toddler’s lullabies she likes on her sound machine all night long. This has made me resort to unplugging the camera in my older child’s room (her room is closer to us and she can get out of bed and come find us or call for us as needed and is very independent so the camera was just intended as a nice to have option to check in as needed), which renders this purchase as a bit of a waste for me since I already had a single camera monitor I could’ve kept using had I known I wouldn’t even end up using the second camera on this monitor.- I mentioned the music and night light features but two downsides there. If the music is playing, you can always hear it through the camera and it triggers the Vox regularly. Again, being able to mute one camera would be great to fix this so I don’t have to listen to lullabies all night too. The issue with the night light is that the button for it is a large button right on the front of the monitor screen so it’s very easy to get accidentally pressed and then you just turned a light on in your kid’s room.Overall, a good dual camera monitor option. Just be aware of the things mentioned above when deciding if it’s right for your specific needs.

Would buy again and again
I love these baby monitors. The camera quality is great and I love how you can pan the whole room. It was extremely easy to set up and I believe a great value for my money. The battery life of the parent console could be a bit better personally, but the monitor is overall durable and worth the purchase!
