Updated review: 4 Stars: Since the original review was left Babysense reached out and offered to refund the purchase and send us a new one. So reaching out to customer service on our own didn't get such great results but apparently leaving an honest review of the issues helped. So decent customer service but would have been nicer if they would have done something about it the first time when we reached out instead of only after getting a poor review. Original Review: 2 Stars: This was purchased to replace our original camera that started making the squealing electrical noise after less than 2 years and its garbage compared to the original. Doesn't look the same as far as the camera itself goes and its more zoomed in and grainy. Also just had our second camera start making the screeching noise now as well and don't want to purchase another one of these if they aren't even the same quality as the original camera. Contacted support at Babysense and they weren't helpful about this camera being different at all. Only offered a discount to buy more through their website. So just know these seem to not be built to last more than 1-2 years either so you'll be replacing cameras often and with crappier quality apparently.

Synced up to the monitor and WiFi.

This is the second camera we have purchased and they both start making high pitch static sounds consistently. We hardly ever move them or mess with them. We just bought this one in August and it’s already messing up. I would recommend looking for a different monitor set up.

We have 3 of these camera synced to the same monitor and had an issue with one. A quick customer request, back and forth with a rep, and shared video of the issue and they sent a replacement camera that arrived quickly. EXCELLENT customer service experience!

Editing my review. After posting this review Babysense reached out to me and sent me replacements for the cameras that broke as well as refunding the replacement I had already purchased. They reached out after sending them to make sure that the cameras worked - and they do! Costumer service was great. Hoping these cameras last! Thank you Babysense! Disappointed because I love this baby monitor. We have 4 cameras we use with the monitor. We’ve had them for about a year and half. Recently 2 of the cameras have started making a constant high pitched noise. Nothing seems to get rid of the noise. It’s super off putting and it interferes with my kids’ sleep. I replaced the first camera and the replacement works great. The second one started doing the same thing about 2 weeks later - replacing both gets pricey. Then last week a 3rd camera just stopped working all together. Monitor wouldn’t even recognize the connected camera even though it was plugged in and had been working just that morning. Very frustrated because this monitor works so well for our house but cannot afford to keep replacing the cameras.
