Purchased it a year and a half ago, used it once and then it stopped heating unless you held the thermostat a certain way. Customer service sent me a new thermostat and it appeared to work ok. Used it once since then and had to play with thermostat again. Tried to use it today and it would only heat if you held the thermostat, but then it gets too hot to hold. Will be going in the trash tomorrow.

love the extra space on this grill. Can make several grilled cheese sandwiches at a time or french toast and several eggs. Not the best for bacon since the grease catcher is very small. All in all its a great time saver if your feeding alot of people.

So I purchased a few of these, and this was the most fun and useful...BUT, we were looking for a NON COATED. Sorry, I dont like PTFE off gasing and chem in my food, and even alum like substances start leaching around 400F. For SURE these coatings leach, and there are PLENTY more than a couple usually mentioned that it "doesnt" contain.So its carbon steel, cast iron or stainless. There was a Swiss fondu like set, but super small, Hamilton, was also small and best cast iron. This was fun for testing, and it would make the best for family or guests fun griddle, but not with a coating. Come back with a health-friendly cooktop and I will buy for me, and gift some.

I ordered this a little early for my dad's birthday. I ordered on October 14th, and can't remember the day it arrived, but I know that it had to have been close to a week. So let's say October 21st. Dad's birthday is November 2nd. I didn't bother to test it out when I received it (should have. Biggest regret not having checked it first) I gave it to him, and he had no reason to use it immediately. Fast forward a few weeks to Thanksgiving week, November 23rd. We finally took it out to use for dinner, and the moment I plugged it in, it heated up for maybe 5mins before it blew out. It was no longer heating up, and got cold really fast. I checked the plug, and saw that the tip has burned out and was now a brownish color, versus the silver it's supposed to be. Mind you, it was plugged in to heat up no more than 5mins. And it already messed up. I was super embarrassed that it messed up, and we wouldn't be able to have what we were planning on for dinner. Luckily, the cabin we were at had a couple regular griddles lying around for us to use, so dinner wasn't completely ruined. I contacted the seller right after dinner for a return, and he denied it. He gave no options as to exchange for one that's working or anything. He simply said "sorry it's not working, but Amazon policy has a 30day window." If you are a seller, and want more business, or at least happy customers, you would at least try to compromise with your customers. It was literally 3 days after the 30 day window (if it arrived on the 21st. But definitely not any longer than a week after the window!) Will never do business with a scammer like this again.TLDR : Purchased as a gift, when finally used a little over 30days after purchased, found out it heated up for maybe 5 minutes, then busted and burnt the tip of the connector, causing it to not work. Contacted owner, no help, simply said "sorry it's not working, over 30 days we can't do anything" BS.

This griddle, especially the length is Awesome!! 35" long & 9" wide. If it was 12" wide, that would be ideal but the 9" is still fine. The entire griddle heats up really well, not 100% even but most griddles in this price range aren't so I just move my food around 'if' need be. I love this griddle so much, I just ordered a second one because they will fit on my counter top, one in front of the other! We get a LOT of visitors & everyone is impressed by it & they all want one with the only complaint being "I would have no where to store it". Space is not an issue for me so I'm happy to own two of these bad boys now!!! :-)I've cooked eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, country potatoes, quesadillas and even reheated pizza on it. I pretty much use it for breakfast.(Bought my first one a few months ago and use it at least twice a week). This product for <$40 is a great buy!!

I love this Griddle. It's a "Time Saver". The large surface let's me make breakfast for 4 people. 4, pancakes 4, eggs & 4, sausages all at the same time. Easy clean up. The Build quality could be a little better. It's decent enough, though it was missing the rubber feet on the center legs underneath ...

The media could not be loaded. This grill is great! I cooked chicken brest and it works amazingly.
