Q: Are these headphones capable for a call center job?

Yes these are capable for a call center job. I’ve had my pair since October 2022 and I work 5 days a week 8-10 hours a day. Haven’t had any issues every now and then they take a little longer to pair with my PC all I do is turn them off then on. Charging is super fast. Noise cancellation is amazing especially if your working remotely with little ones or pets. I mute directly from my PC which I find easier.

Q: The mute button won't activate until after I've taken my first call. Is this normal? I need to be muted before a call comes in.

I have the same issue. Though mine also seems to work periodically. I wish I had the ability to mute all the time until a call comes in. That's the whole point of a wireless headset. The ability to roam freely and not be tethered to a computer until a call comes in... they really need to fix this issue otherwise I'm getting rid of these things. Great price, great comfort etc. But this mute button issue NEEDS to BE FIXED ASAP!!! Firmware update
