Q: Will one of these 18W bulbs work in a Coleman lantern that has been using a 13W bulb (hopefully, only draining batteries more quickly)?

Doubt it. The base has plastic tabs that key it for different wattages, your light should have slots aligned to only take 13w (and possibly lower) bulbs. I think that the picture for this product is wrong, my 13w bulbs have the keys at 12 and 6 o'clock , and 18w has keys at 5 and 11.

Q: Can this replace a cooper r10 13w/4p?

If the base is 4 Pin G24q-1, then it will replace without a issue

Q: Is this for G24q-2 base or G24q-1? It says g24q-2 in the description, but the picture looks like a g24q-1.

G24q-2 as all 18watts are manufactured with the plastic piece sticking out on the bottom slightkh moved over from the center.

Q: Is this truly rated for outdoor use? The Amazon listing says it is, but the actual packaging makes no mention of outdoor use. And the website is dead.
