The soft density really helped my wife gain access to foam rolling. She couldn't use the harder ones, which meant she couldn't do any foam rolling before she got this one. She also really enjoyed the length of this one as you can lay it along your spine in a stretch that opens up your chest which is very useful for posture problems.

I saw it on Bob and Brad physio youtube site -- I love these two. They showed how to lie on it, along the spine, opens up the chest. I'd been using a pool noodle for years but finally decided to spring for this. There are other uses that I will look up. It arrived right on time. Excellent

I have just started with Sue Hitzmann's Melt method and needed a soft roller. I wasn't actually sure how soft. I am very happy with the purchase. The roller works great for Melt. It is well made and I appreciate it does not have any bad smell as many new materials have. It was shipped very quickly as well.

The roller works as well as any hard foam roller but is much easier on one's body. The roller is just soft enough to be extremely comfortable when stretching, whether it is rolling out legs or back. It's heaven compared to hard foam rollers.

Perfect low density foam roller. I should have gotten a longer one but that's my bad. This does everything I need it to, I love it.
