Q: Would these gloves be okay for use with MIG welding or just TIG?

Well, I'm mainly a TIG welder but I also use MIG once in a while . But if you're going to use this gloves on just MIG welding then I wouldn't recommend these because the leather starts stiffening up really quick and hand movements starts stiffening up as well. I'd recommend cowhide gloves for MIG welding.

Q: are these gloves OSHA approved ?

They do meet PPE requirements as far as gloves are concerned. Welding I believe need to be insulated or padded.
