Southworth® Parchment Specialty Paper, 8 1/2" x 11", 24 Lb, Ivory, Pack of 500

One of my volunteer roles involves printing certificates for plant shows, and it uses all colors of Southworth parchment paper that is still in stock for the different categories of certificates. They printed just fine on my Canon MegaTank G3270 Inkjet Printer. I printed over 300 certificates on this color alone without smudging or bleed-through.

I employ this paper for sending formal correspondence to my clients as a travel agent. Its quality is exceptional, and I would enthusiastically endorse it, particularly given its prompt delivery. The only slight inconvenience arises from Amazon's tracking system, which occasionally indicates a delay despite the early arrival. Notwithstanding this, the product is excellent and reasonably priced.

I purchase this brand and parchment paper regularly for my business. The texture is beautiful and the thickness/weight makes this paper feel "special." Prints beautifully in both an inkjet and laser printer. I highly recommend this paper for anything that you want to look significant such as invitations, events, etc.... I have printed on all colors (blue, ivory, copper, gold, gray) and they're all beautiful.

I'm really not going to fault the paper itself for the problem... the paper itself is good quality and looks really nice. Just be aware that the Ivory colored paper is in fact REALLY ivory in color (rather than just a kind of slight tint) so smaller fonts on it are kind of hard to see. I wouldn't recommend using anything smaller than a 12 point font really (or at least make it bold or use a heavy font). I've used it in my laser and my inkjet without any feed issues. The ink doesn't seem to smear on it so all and all its a pretty good paper. I would prefer it be a tad lighter, just for clarity purposes is the only reason I knocked off a star.

I purchased this paper in ivory for my wedding programs and menus. It's great quality and was a nice weight for the programs. It was a bit too thin for the menus, so I added a cardstock backing, and the combination turned out very well. There was no watermark on the paper. The color is a nice creamy ivory and takes ink well. I subsequently used the paper for a memorial program with photos, and they printed well on the paper with no smudging or color distortion (That could vary based on your printer and settings. I used a setting for colored paper). I also cut note cards which guests wrote on with metallic gel pens. I didn't notice any smudged notes, so it held the ink well and dried quickly. Overall the paper has a great color, quality, and weight, and I look forward to using it again for future projects.

"layered" Luncheon program

The paper is crisp and of very good quality. I am using it for calligraphy and the super black india ink looks fabulous on it!My daughter was fiddling with it and noted that it looks like "old paper". Very satisfied.In regards to the ivory color, it is not a white type of ivory if that is what you are hoping for. More of an aged, old, off white. The surface is somewhat smooth but does have a good texture. It has a faint cloud like appearance to the paper to give it that parchment look. The india ink does not bleed through at all. My pen nib moves along smoothly even though I am writing from right to left (arabic) with a regular calligraphy nib.As an aside, my Higgins waterproof black in faded a bit to grey on this paper. But on regular paper it faded to a true grey color instead of the super black. :( This paper and the india ink together are gorgeous!
