I like it
I bought this for fun, just so I had something to target practice with. I am amazed at the accuracy, it's a good snake gun. I did see reviews about issues stringing this, and the instructions are... lacking, but they did provide the needed stringing equipment (a string that pulls back the arm enough, so it is easy to put the bow sting on). There are two tips that go on the bow arm, put these on after you mount the arm to the stock and make sure they are really tight (this is what could cause you to hurt yourself). If you can't take them off, you are probably ok (the first time i did this I did not make sure they were tight, and I did get a boo boo), make sure they are tight and oriented correctly. Other than that, I really like this thing.

Great crossbow amazing accuracy and power for the size.
Great bow. Now it is hard to string cause the prod is so short, but that comes with the territory. Very accurate, shoots true. I am impressed with this crossbow for how small it is compared to an actual hunting crossbow. Just remember this is a small scale crossbow so don't try to put it up against a full size crossbow that shoots 20 inch bolts. These shots where at 90ft. Works well once you get the hang of it.

this is serious...
My grandson was flying in from Florida. The other grandson that lives here was looking forward to showing the Floridian kid around super-cool California. So I bought this bow so they could shoot at hay bales in our backyard. One of the kids" dad put it together prior to reading the instructioins. He nearly lost his thumb . But the final product was a fine looking cross bow capable of bringiing a man to his knees. This is not a toy. But it is entertaining as well as challenging.

Disappointed.
To start, I want to say I understand more when people say they normally don’t write reviews, but had to this time...The rope that connects from each side is impossible to connect with your own might, an alternative must be found, I struggled with connecting it for about 20 mins before going to YouTube.. also in my opinion, no clear instructions came with the product, except that which was on the box itself, which didn’t help much. Once I got the rope connected and was able to cock it, it didn’t lock in place, infact the entire thing snapped back and went all crazy, parts flying and so on. I knew right away that even if the rope stayed in place, using this item would mean repeated arm work, if your ok with pulling and straining, then it may be for you. I don’t want to have to work that hard for something I want to be able to pick up and enjoy.. it’s quite frustrating! I have to return it, or it’ll literally be money wasted. With the rope not in a secure place, moving it a little caused the rope to release the entire weapon repeatedly... if my finger was in the wrong spot, I’d hate to feel what that snap back speed would have done. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Very effective and definitely a serious contender…
Just buy one, trust me! For some reason Amazon doesn’t let me review them with videos…🤦🏽♂️

OMG
Not a toy, I shot a target at 20 yards, and it was amazingly spot on! Passed through several box materials and embedded 1/4 into a Oak tree behind target. Use the provided string to pull bow back so you can get the permanent string in place.

It broke after only a few shots.
Terrible, incomplete instructions. It took 2 of us and a lot of effort to string the bow. The safety lever got stuck and only came loose after it broke off. Now I cannot even cock it as the safety of broken and it is a useless hunk of junk. I think I shot it less than 10 times. I wish I could get a refund.
