This is all fake, it does not do anything. There’s a powder inside, when the powder smells flame it melts like wax so people think its the wax, where in reality it does not do anything and there’s something at the end that is also closed to prevent the melting wax to go into the ear.

I tried this several times, but either my ears are amazingly clean, or it didn't work with me, but i felt no difference
