Q: which way up? THe video shows it upsidedown. The index should be over artery near elbow?

The tube should be in aline with your main artery. The tube sits 1 inch above your elbow joint face up with the tube in line with little finger. Take off watch if wearing, and elevate the arm to the level of your heart.

Q: When i use your blood pressure monitor the pressure goes up to about 24 then stops. the letters lo appear on the screen. what could be wrong ?

If the machine starts and the Err( errors) shows on screen then the sleeve was probably too loose. The sleeve should be fitted above the elbow, the hand should be 'open' facing upwards, the 'pipe should be on the lower side with the 'open hand' facing upwards. The sleeve should be a firm fit but not stopping blood flow..................Hope this helps steve
