I find that every now and then I will have pain in my upper neck (backside of neck) and shoulder area. Honestly, it's probably due to work stress. I sometimes get pain in my lower back.Well I received this today and have used it both on my upper shoulders/back neck... and my back.This worked perfectly!IMPORTANT NOTE: read the card that comes with this item. This neck wrap replaces one I've had for around 20 years--flannel with psyllium seed--that gets piping hot after 3 minutes, lasts almost an hour, but doesn't heat evenly due to seeds pooling in too-large segments.This one has small, well-filled segments made of 100% dark navy cotton of good quality. Segments can be arranged evenly on neck and shoulders. I was hesitant to buy it after reading reviews of burning and flaming, but those all seem to be with the grey plush model. And I suspect the ovens might have had left over food in them.Despite the instructions, I've found that I need to nuke this wrap for 2 minutes on high in our 1000W oven. Smell is minimal and only when just coming out of oven. Not unpleasant. Kind of grain-y. Gets nice and hot, last around 15-25 minutes (hence just 4 stars) under my shawl-neck bathrobe.

My winter companion. I love the stitching that keeps the seeds separated and not lumped at the base from gravity. Probably could hold heat a little longer but it’s good enough and works I don’t regret purchase

Great for a stiff neck, or just warm and cuddly. It is a very convenient heating pad because of its flexibility.

Loved it the first 2-3 times of using it, then it started to literally fall apart at the seems…Like I said, I’ve used it less than 5 times and it’s already breaking apart. I keep it put away and not thrown about - it should not be doing this, especially this soon and with such minimal use. It DOES have a smell when you heat it up, but most do in my experience.

Love this product! I use it daily. Longer than most products, well made and hold up well. I highly recommend.

Don't heat over 1 min in microwave..IT WILL BURN
