The Woodbridge toilet I purchased from Amazon is one heck of an improvement over the beast it replaced, vintage 1983 (I uninstalled it with a ball pean hammer!). The one-piece design is much easier to clean than a two-piece one.NOTE 1: The shipping weight of this device was 148 pounds. For $19 Amazon will have the delivery person deliver it to the room of your choice ! GREAT SERVICE!NOTE 2: The instructions rule out the use of most cleaning products and tools. I picked a silicone bristle toilet cleaning brush and am using Dawn dishwashing soap and make sure no residue of it is left on the porcelain.NOTE 3: I contacted the seller with a few questions using the Amazon system, and they replied immediately and were very helpful.It has been in use here for just over a month. The minimum-flush button feature uses about a quart of water, and the maximum-flush feature doesn't seem to use much more. The old toilet used over a gallon each flush.I had the unit professionally installed which was a wise decision since a plumbing modification had to be made, no fault of the toilet.Happy to respond to questions if I can answer them - Best Regards, Happy User

I bought this toilet for my master bathroom, it sits very low, the flush mechanism is on top with green gunk used to keep it lubricated. I have been in my house for over 2 years and I have used this toilet twice. But for my other bathrooms I purchased chair height toilets and got the bidet seats on here. Fit perfectly.

The bidet seat they sent doesn't fit with their goofy design. I'm using the seat on another toilet. Don't buy

I had an issue with the delivery through Amazon and I found the Woodbridge staff to be extremely helpful with exchanging out a part. I highly recommend this company based on their personal touch!

Product arrived broken and had to return.Messed up entire project.Resulted in a month delay with the project half finished.Check condition upon arrival, don't wait until planned installation as I did!

I bought a HBO940 toilet from them that had a manufacturing defect, an open crack where it was not molded properly underneath the toilet in a hard to spot area. Thinking the leaking was from a seal and the difficulty of heavy single piece toilets instead of lighter 2 piece ones, kept trying to get it to seal...finally called a plumber, they tried for 3 hours to get it to seal also and couldn't....then found the manufacturing defect that had been causing the issue!!! Reached out to Woodbridge customer support, who refused to overnight a replacement, and refused any compensation for the damages caused by their leaking toilet and poor quality control. Still trying to get them to replace it and cover damages, meanwhile, left without any working toilet in my house since a plumber can't fix the defective toilet!
