Excellent Power and Sound Quality
I bought this amplifier to replace an A/V receiver that failed. The feature set and input options are excellent, including USB player, HDMI input, and FM radio along with 5.1 stereo sound. I was very impressed with the power of this unit, which powers my main, surround speakers and subwoofer with ample power to spare, along with just as good sound fidelity as my replaced A/V receiver. The cooling fan is quiet enough when the unit is placed in a cabinet with sufficient ventilation. Even though it does not have 6 separate sound fields, the excellent sound quality in stereo with the 2 separate equilizer bands is more than sufficient, especially for playing music. While some have downgraded the remote for not powering the unit on and off, as long as this amplifier is built to last, I would give it 5 stars.

Insane value and power
I have it powering about 10 passive high frequency speakers and 2 subs and sending a bass signal to 6 other subwoofers, so in total this device is running 16 speakers and it does it like a champ! this thing gets insanely loud to the point where I’m afraid to turn it all the way for the sake of my speakers Lol. I just wish this amp had more bass but it does alright powering 2, 6 inch Sony subs so it could be a little better on bass, but so as long as you have another powered amp supplying power to more subs or other speakers the signal is more than great out of this thing. The equalizer works very well for both channels and so does the delay feature which helped me sync all of my speakers perfectly.

Works well out of the box
A few of the reviews that say no sound, the input ports and what you plug in where matter. Also, both left and right suround speakers need to be plugged in as if one either left or right is not, no sound. The fan is a bit louder then other higher end receivers, however for my use, it's in a cabinet and can't hear it. It's not very loud. Just a low hum. I will review again after using for 30 days. Right now I enjoy the ease of use, power and sound quality.

Disappointing Experience with Pyle Amplifier: Not Recommended
I recently purchased the "Pyle 6-Channel Bluetooth Hybrid Home Amplifier - 1600W" (model PREA90WBT) for my home theater setup, but unfortunately, my experience with this system was far from ideal. Given the Pyle brand's reputation, I expected a solid product, but this one failed to meet even basic expectations. After only a few months of light use—maybe once every two months—I noticed that one of the speakers stopped working when connected via Bluetooth to devices like my iPhone. When I contacted Pyle's technical support to report the problem, I received a response saying, "We do apologize, but the BT connection doesn't have surround sound features, which is why the main speaker is the only one producing sound." This explanation didn't make sense, because if that were true, only one speaker would work from the start, not five with one suddenly failing. It seemed more like an excuse than a legitimate technical explanation.Aside from this major issue, the overall sound quality was okay—loud, but not of the high-quality surround sound you'd expect from a modern home theater system. Essentially, it delivers five loud speakers playing music simultaneously without any true surround sound technology.Additionally, the remote control feels cheap, made from fragile plastic with far too many buttons. It's more decorative than functional, with unclear button functions and no help from the manual or settings. The HDMI ports at the back are virtually useless—they didn't work with my TCL or LG TVs, rendering them pointless.Due to the poor quality and functionality of the equipment, coupled with inadequate technical support, I would not recommend any Pyle sound system. Save yourself the trouble and get a better brand—you deserve better. Life is too short to waste on subpar sound systems.

Power up default
The sound quality isn't bad considering the cost of the unit. There are two annoying "features" on this amplifier that may prompt me to return it. The first is the noise level of the cooling fan. This noise is not audible during music playback, but between songs it is very annoying. It appears to wind done a few seconds after playing, but annoying just the same. The second complaint is more serious. I use the HDMI input exclusively. The amplifier is turned on and off via HDMI-CEC i.e. the attached DVD or TV controls the power of the amplifier. This works fine, but the amplifier power up default is to use the DVD input and not the HDMI input. This necessitates using the Pyle remote to change the input that I always use on each power up. In short, it doesn't remember the last input selected. This was confirmed with Pyle tech support. No work around is available. This is unfortunate in that a few simple lines of code to write the selected input to a non- volatile memory for use on the subsequent power-up should have been provided. It is obvious that this non-volatile memory is available as FM stations are retained between power up sequences.Due to these two items, I will probably return the unit.

Great sounding unit
I gave this 4 stars because of the lack of important information in the user guide about speaker wiring. I could only hear the equalizers and stereo panning in the headphones, but not the speakers. So I phoned their tech support and they emailed me a troubleshooting guide. One of the suggestions was to wire the speakers to different outputs. I did that, and it fixed the problem. I'm happy that it worked, but this is something that should've been addressed in the user guide.
