These wrist supports are perfect for both myself and my husband. We bought these for extra support to wear inside our boxing gloves. We are both right handed but we can swap them back and forth for either hand and back and forth to each other. We love them because we can adjust them for any support we need. One size fits all. With others you only have one size that fits only that person and that's if it even fits at all. Never mind they are only made for just one hand. The ability to wrap these are so easy that you can do it yourself and the Velcro holds them well. They are soft so when we do box they aren't rubbing our hands or wrists until they hurt or leave blisters. If we over do it then we can wear them for the rest of the day if we need to.To wash them, we fill up the sink with warm water and use Woolite. We let them soak for a couple of hours. Rinse and let them dry on a rubber coated rack. They have held up to 50+ washings and they still look brand new. A friend hurt his wrist from an injury and we told him to try these. He was amazed how much they supported his hand and wrist. He asked us where we bought them. Amazon as always. You can use these for any sport or injury. We highly trust these and we do not pass this onto others until we know how well they work for ourselves. I got this brace to help support my wrist after crocheting. When I crochet for a long period of time, I start to get pain, numbers and weakness from the movements. The effects continued long after I had stopped, so I wanted to try to find something to improve and reduce the discomfort I was feeling.The brace itself is very soft and feels nice when wearing it. I have sensitive skin and I hate when I have scratchy material rubbing on me. I don’t have any problems with wearing the brace, even after a decent amount of time. It doesn’t really hold any smell, even when I wear it while sweating which is very good during summer. The brace is very nicely designed and I am happy with the quality of the material. It doesn't feel like it will get ripped easily or end up falling apart on me. The thumb hole is plenty big enough and comfortable without being tight. The fact that it is adjustable lets me choose how tight I need the brace. This is nice since I tend to swell up a little while crocheting. I can wear it loose until that swelling goes down and easily adjust once it does. When you put the brace on, you can feel the support of your wrists. It is not one that is too thin or anything to actually provide support. Lifting things while using the brace is nice and easy. If I pulled or strained my wrist, I would definitely go an get this brace to use until it felt better.Overall, I really like the brace and think its good quality for the money.

These turned out to be a lightweight yet effective-enough replacement for the bulky, ugly rollerblading braces I'd been wearing to bed. They provide just enough support so that my arms, wrists and fingers aren't tingling, numb or cramped in the morning from sleeping in a funny position. They are comfortable and the velcro doesn't snag on everything. Most people probably insert their thumb through the hole then begin wrapping across the palm, but I discovered that wrapping in the opposite direction seems to make the brace a little stiffer. I like that they can be used for either hand. If you need a lot of support, you might need a longer, larger or stiffer brace, but those who need light to medium correction could consider these.

The brace is great in function and fit. It helps my wrist.Only design flaw is the flap with the Velcro attaching end should be stitched inside. At times the sharp square edge with stitched end rubs against the clothing or fabric.It’s pretty to look if it is stitched inside with soft brace end on outside.Wish the manufacture takes this into account and make changes accordingly and send our new ones.

Have used it both grappling and lifting weights. It is fairly comfortable and provides good support.

I have spent a long time and lots of money buying wrist wraps that stink. I have wrist tendonitis. These are the first pair that provide two forms of compression. First there is a pull over component that disperses the compression over the entire wrist and part of my thumb as well. Then there is a tightening strap that allows you to add compression to the most painful spot and stops them from sliding down which is the biggest problem in other pairs I have purchased. I wear them all day and they have held up well. I even wear them when playing golf and am able to pull my golf glove over the left one. Not sure about the knuckleheads who could not figure out right and left. Just follow the label. These are not really for weight lifting. That is a completely different issue where you want a more glove like wrap. Absolutely perfect for anyone with wrist tendonitis.

Was difficult to find a wrist strap that incorporated the base of the thumb instead of having a stiff long thumb piece. This was perfect for the job and good quality at a great price. I tried one so will definitely purchase for the other hand too after seeing it works.
