DON'T EXPECT HELP FROM HP
I bought the genuine refill for my hp 901 and I kept getting a message of a depleted cartridge. after 6 attempts I gave up. I have opened the box so cannot get a refund, so that was an expensive £86.77 wasted, plus I am still without my printer. Even worse when I contact hp, they want more money off me to try to rectify the problem!!. The first and last hp printer I will buy, in future it will be Xerox, Canon or Epsom. I have no way of getting my money back because I have already opened the package, shameful
