We had one for 12 years and was so happy we could get a new they work great

I bought this product for my 1 year old boxer and I didn’t even get to use it. It came in a box that looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse for years (crushed and faded). When I opened the package it was not much better. The entire nail trimmer itself was dented and scratched, and the plastic that the trimmer was sitting in was completely damaged as well. When I put in 2, brand new C Batteries, it didn’t even turn on. Such a waste of time and money, I would NOT recommend! I am only giving 1 star because I cannot choose 0!

I am a firm believer that dog’s nails should be kept clipped short. They should not have long nails. They should be walking on the pads (or toe beans) of their adorable paws. I have gotten better at trimming nails of my dogs and this pet style nail grinder is decent! Keeps the quick of the nails nice and close. Dremel for pets are excellent but this is a good buy and does the job.

Easy to use. Dogs wear terrified of the sound before it even touched them. Dogs were more terrified of it vibrating their paws. Abandoned it and went back to normal trimming.my dogs are scared of everything so I probably should have known this wouldn’t work.

WORKS GREAT JUST CANT GET DOG TO STAY STILL TO USE IT.

Before I bought this, I read that a lot of people said that the noise level was high. I did not think the noise level was high at all. I don’t think people have ever grind it down a nail before because it’s not really quiet, but I wouldn’t say it’s loud. I have a high maintenance English bulldog and this worked perfectly for her.

I purchased the Upgraded Version Professional Electric Pet Nail Grinder with high hopes based on its product description. Unfortunately, my experience with this grinder has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the noise level is quite high, which immediately made my dog anxious and difficult to manage. This contradicts the claims of a "whisper-quiet" operation.Additionally, the "upgraded" grinder wheel struggled to handle my dog's medium-sized nails, slowing down considerably under slight pressure, and took an impractically long time to file down just one nail. This made the whole process tedious for both me and my pet.What's more, the device heats up quickly, raising concerns about its safety with prolonged use. I had to stop several times to let it cool down, which only added to the frustration.I also encountered issues with the battery life. It requires frequent recharging, which is inconvenient and doesn't even last through a single grooming session for my dog, who frankly isn't even that large.Lastly, the durability of the product is questionable. After just a couple of uses, the grinder wheel showed significant wear and tear, suggesting that it would need frequent replacements, which I find to be a hassle and an additional expense.In conclusion, this product did not meet the professional grooming standards it advertised, nor did it offer the comfort and ease of use for pet owners as it claimed. I cannot recommend the Upgraded Version Professional Electric Pet Nail Grinder to other pet owners, especially if your dog is nervous or you're looking for a reliable and efficient tool.

After my dog passed, I started using this on my crafts. It works well as it will not take a lot of pressure the way my Dremel will. Perfect for what I need.
