The top of the cover is held on by loops that go around the buckles on the upper arm straps on the bjorn. I have both carriers and I'm not sure how you'd go about fastening it to the ergo - never tried it, but since there isn't a buckle on the top of the arm straps of the ergo, there'd be no way to keep it attached. Just my thoughts .... good luck! When used with a bjorn it is a great cover!

Q: Is the cover warm enough to use on walks during New England winters?

I'm not sure what the temperature/wind chill is but we took baby out for long walks (hours) when she was 4 months old in windy 30-40 degree weather. We made sure she was dressed warmly, then wrapped a blanket around the carrier and then wrapped the cover around her. Hope this helps.

Q: Would this fit with Infantino carrier?

I cannot say. I bought this to fit my daughter's BABYBJORN carrier. An excellent purchase, by the way!

Q: Does this work with Ergo Baby carriers?

I have both the Ergo Baby carrier and the Bjorn- the cover slips on the Bjorn carrier over these little button things but the Ergo doesn't have them, so you would have to figure out a way to modify it. Plus the baby's legs position differently in the Ergo, so for an older baby, I don't think it would fit- the baby's legs would pop out the sides.
