This company makes the best puzzles (and I've tried LOTS of companies.)
This puzzle (and any puzzle by this company) is phenomenal. I'm a puzzle connoisseur and for the longest time my favorite brand was the Ravensburger soft-click technology puzzles but let me tell you, I ordered the sherlock holmes puzzle from this brand for christmas 2020 and it is still our favorite puzzle to this day!The quality is sterling, the pieces never stick or rip or warp and the slight matte finish makes it waaay easier to see the pieces in strong lighting. I also love how much detail they cram into the image, it makes doing the puzzle so fun because you can idetify something on every piece (though I could've done without some of the characters in this one because they freak the little kids out).Anyways, love this puzzle, love this company, would buy again. Will buy again actually!

These particular puzzles are great. Pieces are solid, artwork is outstanding. Includes a poster size replica to help configure, which also includes quick stories and facts

Challenging but fun
We do a lot of 1000 piece puzzles. This one is a bit tricky because all pieces are basically the same shape. Some pieces "fit" when they don't really fit. Not for the easily frustrated. Nice poster and history included.

Worked on my patience
For some reason this puzzle did not connect with me, although I enjoy doing puzzles. I liked the "matted" pieces, which made them easier to see without reflecting the light so much. I also like puzzles with a printed sheet included, which this one has. I guess I need to read the book again, as I wasn't interested and just didn't care about the puzzle. I worked a part of it, and then just tore up what I had done, and put it away. I might go back and do it another time. I bought the 1,000 piece one, which is what I like to do, but this one was frustrating and became boring. Maybe it was just me and the mood I was in at the time.

Update: NO Missing a Piece and NO Extra Piece
Updated to 4 stars from 3 stars: My eyes must be getting old. There actually was no missing piece of extra piece. One star off for the condition of the pieces.Previous review: This puzzle had a lot of dust and a good number of bent or peeling pieces. Upon completing it, I saw that it was missing one piece and had an extra piece.
