Preventa Migraine Relief Supplement – PA-Free Butterbur, Magnesium, Riboflavin, Feverfew – Daily Headache Prevention – 60 Capsules

I have been having bad sinus pressure and headaches for a couple of years now especially in the spring. This year it started in January, I think a combo of stress from trying to heal from lumbar spine fusion surgery, stress and anxiety over my Grandmom's illness, and sinus/allergy issues plus weaning off all the pain meds I was on from surgery. It was constant.Allergy shots have done nothing to solve my problem. I had been on four rounds of strong antibiotics, oral steroids, liquid steroid in neti pot, nasal spray antihistamine, nasal spray steroid, and alternated between zyrtec and allegra (all of these failed). I had a sinus ct which for the most part looked good. My ENT offered to do a sinus balloon surgery to open it up some more. But he insisted that I see a neurologist first because he suspected I was having migraine. Migraine CAN cause sinus pressure and ear fullness. I saw a neurologist- a great dr. He told me to read a book Heal Your Headache and gave me Topamax. I took it for a month but the side effects were scary and not worth it so I tapered myself off quickly and it didnt help my problem. I decided to order Preventa Migraine off Amazon. I added it to my existing regimen of Claritin, Singulair, Flonase and Azelastin, twice daily nasal irrigation using the Neilmed squirt bottle with Alkalol and distilled water (never use tap water), and another old school over the counter antihistamine (the stuff in chlor trimeton). I did alot of research which pointed to the fact that my problem is histamine headaches. Proof of that is in the list of histamine producing foods that my childhood allergy tests showed I was allergic to.The day after Grandmoms funeral this arrived in the mail. I take it twice a day and have an extremely drastic reduction in pressure, ear fullness and headaches- when I say extreme I mean NONE- no pressure or ear fullness and rare headaches.I kept reading about these individual ingredients as a migraine preventative and was pleased to see that this combines all of those. Also Feverfew and Butterbur are good for natural allergy prevention. I didnt really think it was going to work for me. I am totally blown away. I started it the day after grandmoms funeral and notice extreme improvement within two days. I take it after breakfast and after dinner.I was extremely miserable and beside myself dealing with sinus migraines and work and my back and losing Grandmom. I am so much better now. And I am cancelling my future neurologist appts and cant wait to share this with my allergy dr and my ENT. Glad my ENT insisted that migraine was involved. Saved me from another sinus procedure. The neuro also agreed and said it was a combo of migraine and allergy sinus. This stuff seems to tackle both.Praise God and thank you!

I don’t say this lightly- I mean this with all sincerity- this stuff saved my quality of life!I have had a headache or migraine for at least 15+ days a month since the moment I was born, I swear. I don’t remember a time I didn’t suffer from headaches. I see a neurologist regularly, have been on every migraine or pain medication they’ve thrown at me, changed my diet, Botox injections, triptans, seizure meds, massages, etc and all have had little to some relief, but never thought they would just… disappear. Headaches are me, I am headaches. It’s been a cross I have beared my whole life.PEOPLE IN THE BACK, LISTEN UP! Stop taking the Advil, the triptans, the opioids, and try this first!!!! I’m borderline p*ssed off that the solution of taking this medicine was so simple, so accessible, yet no one talks about the benefits of magnesium for chronic migraine! I started taking this medicine two months ago and that next day I haven’t. Had. A. Headache. Since!!!! There’s no way this is a coincidence. No way! I lived in a constant headache state. Now to nothing? none? I don’t even get my alcohol induced migraines anymore. Stopped my menstrual migraine dead in its tracks. Not once since taking this supplement! WHERE HAS THIS BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE!?!?!?!?I shall jump off my soapbox now and stop because I simply can’t scream it loud enough. I will die taking this supplement… I will never be without it.UPDATE: Four months in and the results are even better! I don’t even get my migraine aura anymore! The first month on Preventa, I would get my normal aura but no pain… so weird. Now? Nothing. Nada. I even started my celiac daughter on a similar pediatric supplement as Preventa and she’s migraine free when she has always had a headache daily! Drinking booze doesn’t scare me anymore! My periods don’t scare me anymore! Just… normal. This is how normal people live?

I’ve suffered with migraines for the last 12 years. In the beginning the pain was off the chart. It was unimaginable to anyone who hasn’t had them. Throwing up every 30 min and the pain lasting for 6-8 hours. True misery! Over the years they changed in frequency and pain level. The pain was down to about an 8 out of 10, but now I was having them 5–8 times a month. I tried everything. The only real thing that helped was Imitrex , but I couldn’t take them for every migraine without possibly giving myself rebound headaches. So I just suffered. Right before discovering Preventa, the migraines changed again. They came on back to back for three weeks at a time. Some of them were what I call functioning migraines because I could actually go to work with them. Pain level was down to a 4 for some but still miserable. No more vomiting but I was nauseated and felt terrible. The first month I took Preventa they pain level came down to about a 3 and I want as nauseated. The 2nd month the frequency of migraines was up ( about 9, most I’ve ever had) but the pain level was at a 2. I was able to take Excedrin migraine and actually have it work. I was hesitant about taking a third month since the number of my migraines had increased. They say to give it three full months so I pushed on. So glad I did! I just finished my third bottle yesterday and I only had 2 migraines this last month, one of which was totally my fault by piling up several known triggers. The pain level is down to a 1. The only reason I know for sure it was a migraine was because it was on one side of the head. Didn’t even need meds. I’m so happy I found this. I didn’t really believe it was going to help, I was just desperate and would have tried anything. The reviews made me slightly hopeful and thought maybe I could get just a tiny bit of relief. I never imagined it could really work to this degree.I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has migraines and tell them to take the full three months! I’m so very thankful to the women who created Preventa Migraine!
