Tastes great and is a great way to maintain energy levels for an extended period of time. I would not recommend tp consume if you hope to sleep within the next 6 hours as this is the equivalent of about 3 cups of coffee.

Studies have shown that this has the same effect as the GLP-1 without side effects. Day 4: It does curve my appetite and gives me energy. I started with the entire can and almost died because I could not keep still. Now, I only drink half a can for now. I will titrate up to an entire can when I feel my appetite is no longer suppressed or my energy needs more boost.Do not drink after 3 pm or you will be looking at the ceiling at midnight trying to go to sleep! LOL Mint flavor is delicious and light. I have not tried the other flavors and this does have 24 grams of organic sugar can I rather have that then artificial flavoring.

Great & healthy drink and great tasting

The drink isn't actually that bad. Zero sugar allegedly and the taste is muted a bit, but still quite nice. The boost I got was also fairlyu strong and I guess no real crash.

Really tasty, and I really like the smooth caffeination that it provides. Slightly more expensive, but the clean and low ingredient number is something that few other "energy drinks". There's no artificial sweeteners, which is good because otherwise I wouldn't buy it at all. But they really have too much sugar. Way too much sugar. They could drop the sugar by 1/2 and it would still be good. In fact, I'd pay more for a 1/2 sugar variant so I can get my caffeine, but not be stuffed with sugar.
