Q: what comes in the GB70 package?

In the GB70 I recently purchased, it came with a paper manual, drawstring bag, the battery with attached jumper cables, XGC cable, 12V male and female plugs (cigarette lighter adaptors) and USB type A to micro cable. It can be charged or provide power via either cable.

Q: What are the cranking ams and peak ams?

It has a peak current rating of 2000 Amps and is rated at 15700 joules. As a reference a traditional 1700 peak amp lead acid battery jump pack has 6950 joules.
