After only a minute or two I have the ability to breathe more deeply. Works well as an expectorant as well.The flavor is similar to a sweetener. Not the artificial type, but a natural sweetener like stevia or maybe even honey (no it doesn’t taste like honey, but it tastes clean and natural).This is my second bottle and I’ll keep it on my shelf. Recommendation would s three times a day, I believe. I use it twice; in the morning and at bed time.Not worth a deduction in rating, but it would be nice if the dropper had measurements.

Skeptical at first, but this product has worked well for me. I have COPD and had beenusing a prescription Ellipta. I informed my Pulmonologist 6 months ago I was discontinuing theEllipta because I saw no change in my breathing, or the mucus issue. He was on board with my decision.I read all the reviews and will now add my own. The dropperenclosed, with one full squeeze, will only fill 1/2 way. Therefore, I put two droppersinto a 2oz. glass of water. Three times a day, morning, late afternoon and before bedtime.My coughing and mucus buildup has dropped considerably. Any mucus is coughed up considerablyeasier and usually with just one quick cough. I've also noticed better breathing andand little bit more ability to walk distances without a breathing struggle. A few reviewers had alsomentioned better sleeping patterns. I fall asleep much faster, stay asleep longer and it's just an overallbetter nighttime sleeping pattern. I no longer wake up coughing but you may experience some crazy dreams. One bottle has lasted me about thirty days and I have just ordered my third bottle. The taste reminds of green tea and there is no after taste. This is the only brand I have tried. I did order the Mullein tea bags. Threw them in the garbage a day later. Horrible tasting. Stick to this if you decide to try Mullein. Also WebMd will give you a non-biased review of Mullein.

Riding my bicycle after a week of using was so pleasent not havingcto slow down orxstop often to catch my breath. And even when the hills came I recovers my O2 level quickly. Winter is the BEST REASON TO USE THIS EFFECTIVE AND VERY AFFORDABLE MIRICLE IN A BOTTLE. P.S. I AM 69 Y/O!!!
