Q: What is the overall length both in and out of the sheath?

Knife is 6 3/8" by itself. In the sheath, 7 1/8". The in-sheath length can vary.

Q: Is the sheath black? Condor's own website seems to show a dark brown

It's dark brown. I have two condors and both sheaths are dark brown.

Q: WhAT IS THE BLADE THICKNESS AND HANDLE LENGTH?

The blade is a tad under 1/8 thick.No sideways flexibility when pushing it against the workbench. A small yet very stout blade. The handle is 3-3/8, which makes it a tight but firm grip 4 a medium sized hand.It's a great little utility knife 4 me, and generally my EDC.I'm often complemented.

It comes with a belt loop in a dangler style but I wouldn't call it a dangler. You'd have to add an additional length to consider it a true dangler. It's a small knife
