Recently took a cupping class for continuing education credits for Florida massage license renewal... loved the concept but bought no products at end of the seminar.. similar cups but one of each... and so how does that work, since we all know the body works symmetrically...I am not an esthetician but if I were, I would have purchased the next upgraded model.These cups are easy to use, very durable, easy to clean and store & give effective and amazing results to the few I have used them on so far. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 25 yrs. ... will order future products from here because they are high quality and great to take with me for road trips or out calls or whatever I need. Will be back to this company! 6 stars was not an option...10 out of 10 for everything!! Thank you!

Much better than the glass cupping sets!This set being silicone, you don't have to worry about anything breaking, and customizing the suction strength is a breeze.I did TONS of research before settling on this one. I frequently have tightness in my neck and shoulders, and I have found that cupping provides more relief than an hour-long massage. Nothing wrong with massages! But I also love the different sizes as you can cover a large area, or really get into those specific points on your body that need extra TLC. Use a body oil instead of a lotion so that you can move the cup(s) more easily over the areas you want to treat.***FYI: Use only one hand to spread the oil first on the area you want to cup so that your other hand is dry and you can get a better grip to create a stronger suction. And yes, you may end up looking like you lost a fight with a giant octopus.The cups are sturdy and very easy to clean and dry. They also include with your purchase a pamphlet and online tutorials from their website to help you make the most of your cupping treatments. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Despite only being 28, I've had my fair share of injuries from my years playing semi-competitive ultimate frisbee, climbing, weight lifting, running, and so on. I have noticed especially while doing squats the major tightness I have in my right hip/glute med compared to my left. After going to physical therapy and a chiropractor for my lower back and hip issues, I finally visited a massage therapist place nearby to try a cupping massage for my neck and upper back which have been bothering me for well over a year after suffering fairly severe whiplash from being rear ended last year. Let's just say I was hooked immediately and ordered a set right after my first massage. I initially ordered a different brand that had 4 sizes, 1 of each one. I realized quickly after that I wanted to be able to do pairs of cups for my back/neck/shoulders and so ordered this as an additional set. Like other reviews said, you definitely need oil for the suction to work correctly (I use almond oil). I use the static cupping method and the dynamic gliding method - though prefer the dynamic for areas I can reach and do myself. I use the tiniest ones for my neck and the next size up for the shoulder area. I rarely used the super XL size (not included in this set) and found the largest cup on this set to be plenty of suction for the hips/glutes/leg area. The pictures I've attached show the second time I did cupping on my IT band - I did both sides as equally as I can but you can tell how much more impact it made on the right now. It's quite satisfying actually - it doesn't hurt the skin, but can be a little sensitive when you get to some really tight areas. Doesn't hurt at all despite what appears to be major bruising. For this level of discoloration, it took about a week to fully fade which doesn't really bother me. It works wonders as I can feel how much more smoothly I can descend in my squats. I own a foam roller, massage stick, lacrosse ball and other PT items but think I prefer the feel of this for the hips/leg area. I watched several youtube videos to learn as well as got some tips from my massage therapist. Super easy to use - highly recommend for athletes out there! Definitely recommend getting the set of 6 (3 pairs of small/med/large - don't need the XL).

Make sure to use oil on your skin 1st. The harder you squeeze the more the suction. Wish there was 1 size smaller. I put 2 on my shoulder and left them for just 5 minutes and my muscle relaxed. Unfortunately I also have a hickey! Oh well.Only used today for 1st time hopefully with regular use i will get some relief.

Works as intended

The media could not be loaded. I need the 6065 harder cup for deep suctions because I am trying to break down scar tissue. I read the reviews that the silicone is so hard it is impossible to compress the cup to create the suction (even by people who to go the gym regularly). There was little hope of success for me because my hands/ fingers/ grip are very weak. I didn't want to mess with hard acrylic cups and the pump, so I decided to try this set anyway. It turns out the cups are super easy to apply. I am including a video where I am doing it single handed with just my thumb, using the smallest cup. I tried sizes S, M and L. All are very easy to apply, it is even easier with both hands, but doable single handed. The suction is strong but not painful. It is too early to tell how well it works to break down scar tissue, but the application process is very easy. The small cup size is relatively too big for the Achilles tendon right behind the ankle bone. If you are targeting the lower part of your Achilles tendon and have small ankles, S may still be too big.

They’re OK but they’re a little hard to get to stay on. If you’re very hairy forget about it. You will have to shave the area you want to use it at
