Late 2018 Apple Mac Mini with 3.0GHz Intel Core i3 (8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) Space Gray (Renewed)

Hidden gem. I purchased a used 32” Samsung monitor for this and the pair is awesome. Super fast computer and the price is unbelievable.

I use this for light work from home tasks and family browsing. I don't load it up very heavily but so far its working amazing and handling everything I throw at it!

I am using this computer for web browsing and office work and for the price it is outstanding.I used PC for a while but was constantly seeking help for fixes. I bought a Mac mini in 2012 and had no trouble at all until 8/2022 when I got impatient and pushed it too hard and it froze rock solid.This Mac mini, although it had a different OS that listed, started right up and works flawlessly. I needed to update my mouse and keyboard but no biggie. I have the Mac connected to 52" TV via HDMI and the picture is beautiful. I had to get a mouse and keyboard with a receiver to set up the BT but once recognized BT components work great, (I don't have Apple components).

This being a used 2018 Mac purchased in 2024 for $270, I didn’t have high expectations. I’m happy to report that I was wrong.I’m a regular Joe who needed a desktop computer to use Microsoft Word and Excel, send emails, do a little web surfing, and sync with my other Apple devices (an iPhone 14 Pro Max, a tenth gen iPad, a Series 8 Apple Watch, Airpods Pro 2, and Beats fit Pro earbuds). For these simple tasks, this device is perfect, and I couldn’t be happier.

So far, I’m pleased with the product and I haven’t had any issues that I haven’t been able to work around yet . This is my first Apple desktop I would possibly consider buying another refurbished one again in the future.

I wanted a mac desktop for school but didn’t want to pay for an apple studio display or a brand new mac system. This refurbished mini works fantastic! shipping was quick and it pairs well with my samsung m5 that allows my to use it as a tv. I updated it to the Mac Sanoma and you’d never now it is refurbished.

What can I say? This mini arrived with Ventura 13.4.4 installed. OK. However, these minis do not have a replaceable SDD.After copying content from an old mini, however, there was not enough disk space to upgrade to 13.4.6 or 13.6.6 or whatever the incremental upgrade is (I've blocked it from my memory).So a hint: if you buy one of these underpowered minis, UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM before you use Apple's built-in manager to transfer your old files to your mini, or buy an external SSD on which to keep your materials.Otherwise you're going to be backing up, erasing content, updating the system, and restoring content.On one level, this is not the vendor's fault. On another, the description should most certainly include a warning about the serious problem of limited disk space on these models.Part 2 of the nightmare involved the replacement mini with a 256GB drive I ordered instead.
